## Who reads it, and how long it takes

### Sales and demo requests

Answered within one business day, usually the same day. A demo runs about thirty minutes and is built on a scenario you bring, not a canned file, so send the loan amount, the structure you are weighing, and what the borrower is actually stuck on.

### Product support

If you already have an account, the Help Center answers most of it faster than an email will, and every article is written against the current build rather than a screenshot from six months ago. Anything it does not cover reaches a person from inside the app.

### Security and vendor review

Vulnerability reports and security questionnaires go to the security address and are acknowledged within two business days. If you are running vendor due diligence for a lender or bank, the trust center describes what is in the diligence packet and requests it directly.

### Privacy and data requests

Export and deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy. One thing worth knowing before you write: borrower records belong to the advisor who created them, so a borrower asking us to delete their file is routed to that advisor rather than actioned directly.
