## What an agent partner gets

An invited agent gets their own workspace: the deals they referred to you, where each one stands, and the notes you chose to share. It replaces the "any update?" text message with something they can check themselves, which is the whole point. What they see is under your control, per deal and per field.

## Invite an agent

1. 1

Open Agent Partners from the top bar.

2. 2

Use Invite Agent. Email is required; first name, last name, and phone are optional but make the workspace feel addressed to a person.

3. 3

The agent signs in with that email. No password — a listed email is the access.

4. 4

Preview any agent's workspace as they see it from their row. Do this before you tell an agent to log in.

## Add and run a deal

1. 5

Create a deal with a Buyer / deal name, then pick the Referring agent and the Stage.

2. 6

Link the client by email to connect the deal to a real Clarity client workspace. Optional, but it is what keeps the agent's view and your file in step.

3. 7

Fill in Property address, Max approval, Comfort range (for example "$560k–$595k"), and Loan program. The comfort range matters more to an agent than the max approval — it is what they actually shop to.

4. 8

Next step and Key notes for the agent are written FOR the agent and are visible to them.

## Two lanes of notes

Notes come in two kinds and confusing them is the mistake to avoid. Agent-visible notes appear in the agent's workspace. Internal notes never do. Write the internal ones as though the agent will eventually read them anyway.

## Hiding a deal

1. 9

Use the visibility control on a deal to hide it from the agent dashboard, or show it again.

2. 10

Hidden deals stay in your list and keep their data; they simply do not render on the agent side.
