Game Plan
Updated July 30, 2026
Publish the recap of your first call so the client can reread it.
What the Game Plan tab is
The Game Plan is the written recap of your strategy conversation, published into the client's workspace so they can reread it, forward it to a spouse, or show it to their agent. It exists because clients remember roughly a third of a first call, and the two-thirds they lose is usually the part that made the plan make sense. Until you publish one the tab shows a friendly empty state naming you and saying the recap is being written.
Generate a draft from the call
You do not have to write it from scratch. Paste a transcript or your notes and the platform formats it into a draft recap in your voice for you to review.
- 1
Open the client's workspace and find the Game Plan Recap panel.
- 2
Paste the call transcript or your notes into the box, or drop in a PDF.

Click Generate draft recap. The draft loads into the publish area above, with the title pre-filled from the client's name.
- 4
Read it before you publish. It is a draft written from your material, not a finished document, and anything the transcript got wrong will be in it.
If nothing generates, the transcript was probably too short. Add more of the call and try again.

- 5
Upload an HTML file, or upload a PDF. One recap is live at a time: staging an HTML file clears a staged PDF and vice versa.
- 6
Give it a title. This is what the client sees at the top of the tab.
- 7
Publish. The client sees it on their next visit — no invite or notification step is required.
- 8
Uploading a new file replaces the current version. Previous versions are kept.

What the client sees
The recap renders inside the workspace with your branding, sized to its own content, alongside the date it was published and who it was prepared for. A PDF recap opens through a short-lived signed link rather than a public URL, so a forwarded link expires rather than living on the open web.
