Replay the guided tour

What the tour covers

The guided tour is not a slideshow. It drives the real interface and has you build an actual client workspace as you go: create the client, set access, copy the workspace link, start a Purchase analysis, pull the property tax bill, open the closing-cost itemization, apply a fee template or pull a title quote, add a second strategy to compare, and shape what the client finally sees. What you build during the tour is a real workspace you can keep or delete.

Start or restart it

   Look for the Getting Started checklist in the lower corner of the advisor dashboard. If it is collapsed, click it to open.

   Click Take the guided tour. The tour starts from the beginning regardless of how far you got last time.

   Move through with the Next button in each popover. The tour waits for you to actually perform the step it is pointing at, so you cannot skip past the work.

Leaving and coming back

Closing the tour does not lose your place. Your position is saved to your advisor settings, so the tour resumes where you stopped the next time you sign in, on any device.

   Close the tour with the X in the popover at any time.

   Reopen it from the same Getting Started checklist. It picks up at the step you left.

   Dismiss the checklist entirely once you are done with it. The dismissal is saved to your settings and it stops appearing.

   Dismissing the checklist does not delete the tour. Anything you built during it stays in your account like any other client and workspace.

If a step will not advance

The tour points at real elements on the page. Three situations stop it from finding its target, and all three are fixable.

   A collapsed section hides its contents from the page entirely. Expand the section the tour is pointing at and it will attach.

2. 8

   A dialog opened on top of the tour. Close the dialog, then continue.

3. 9

   A link opened in a new tab. Come back to the original tab — the tour is still running there.
