Reading the catalog

Integrations are cards grouped by category. Each carries a status, and the status is the first thing to look at: LIVE works today, PLATFORM means it already powers a feature with no setup from you, and COMING SOON means the card is there so you can see what is planned. Clicking a card opens its setup fields.

   Open Settings, then under the Integrations & AI group open Integrations.

   

Calendar — connect this one first

Your booking link becomes the Schedule Call button in every client workspace. Without it, the most common thing a client wants to do from their workspace has nowhere to go.

   Pick your provider: Cal.com, Calendly, Microsoft Bookings, or Google Calendar. All four are live.

   Paste your Booking Link — for example https://cal.com/your-name/intro-call.

   Save, then open a client workspace and press Schedule Call yourself to confirm it lands where you expect.

Fathom — call recordings into the Call Library

Live today. Calls you record that match a workspace client land in that client's Call Library automatically, so the client can rewatch the conversation instead of relying on memory.

   Open the Fathom card under AI.

   Enter your Fathom Account Email — the address on the Fathom account doing the recording.

   Matching is by client. A call with someone who is not a workspace client stays out.

TitleCapture — already on

Marked "platform", which means it needs nothing from you. It powers the automatic title and recording fees in AI Create, AI Update, and Get Title Quote. There is no key to enter and no switch to flip.

What is coming

   CRM & Marketing: HubSpot, Total Expert, Salesforce, Candid.

   Pricing Engines: Optimal Blue, to pull live pricing straight from your lock desk into strategies.

   Closing Costs: SmartFees, as an alternative source outside TitleCapture coverage.

   AI: bring your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google key to route your usage through your own account. Clarity AI already runs on Claude platform-wide, so this is about whose account pays, not whether AI works.

   Chat: Microsoft Teams and Slack, to post workspace activity into a channel.

   Entering credentials on a "coming soon" card stores them for the day it ships. Nothing is sent anywhere before then.
