Create your first strategy with AI Create

Start with AI Create

   Open the client's workspace and go to Edit Strategies.

   In "Start a new strategy", press the teal AI Create tile at the top of the grid.

   Describe what to build: purchase price or payoff, rates, points, the options you want compared. Plain sentences work; you do not need any special format.

   Submit and the strategy editor opens with the loan options pre-filled. Anything the AI assumed is listed so you can verify it.

Refine after the AI pass

AI Create is a starting point, not a lock-in. Every number lands in the same editor the manual path uses, so you can adjust rates, fees, and monthly costs field by field before publishing. There is also an AI Update inside the editor for follow-up changes described in plain English.
