My report isn't updating live

Saving is the trigger. The report refreshes on saved edits, publish and unpublish, client-access changes, and video changes. Typing in the editor without saving pushes nothing.

Give it a moment: the open report refetches within a second or two of the save.

Refresh the browser tab (or pull to refresh on a phone). A refresh always fetches the current published state.

Check the strategy actually saved: reopen the editor and confirm the change is there.

Confirm you are looking at the same strategy that was edited; a workspace can hold several.
